Firm History
From a very early age, Attorney Hach has been involved in the labor movement. His father, a highly respected, former New York Labor Leader, instilled in him the character and ethics necessary to become an effective leader: Hard work, dedication and a reputation built on honesty and integrity. These are the hallmarks of good and solid character. Attorney Hach has served our country as a member of the Air Force, the labor movement, and as an attorney he has dedicated himself to the clients of Hach Rose Schirripa & Cheverie LLP. Skill, perseverance, and solid character are the cornerstones upon which Hach Rose Schirripa & Cheverie LLP, was built and is what sets them apart from the competition. Throughout his legal career, Attorney Hach has represented union members across the country and has advised and lectured on a myriad of issues, such as health and pension fund issues; lien and subrogation issues; securities litigation and monitoring services; summary plan descriptions as well as mass tort and general labor issues.
A decade ago, he partnered with Michael Rose, esteemed for his seven-figure jury verdicts on behalf of his personal injury clients and for his commitment as a respected speaker for the New York Bar. Attorney Rose has blossomed into one of the finest trial attorneys in New York; no small feat, given the highly competitive nature of New York City’s legal industry. His intellect and his ability to think strategically on his feet while maintaining an affable demeanor endear him to members of the Bar and to jurors alike. This combination of good, solid character traits has resulted in many million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Last year, Attorney Rose sat with a client who was looking for advice as to whether he should accept a $60,000 (sixty thousand dollar) settlement offer that was recommended by his prior attorney. After assuming representation and putting in a lot of hard work, the client received a $2,000,000 (two million dollar) settlement. Together, Hach and Rose have formed a unique firm that delivers results and has recovered more than ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS in the last few years alone.
